Filmmaker’s Statement
When I work on animation, I always challenge new things by trial and error, but I struggle when things don’t improve the way I want them to.
When I end up discovering new things by throwing away a bunch of things or I finally break through a phase and start seeing the bigger picture and enjoying it, that is my creation process; getting closer and then distancing myself, seeing things all blurry and then clearly, back and forth. As for the sound design, we used the actual noises made with stationery and art supplies when creating the trailer, as well as the voices and songs from our meetings. I hope this work will make you feel as excited as I did when I completed it and submitted it to the film festival. ☆♡☆Congrats on the 11th edition☆♡☆
