Synopsis

First Galactic Utopia is a music video for Horse Lords built around looping visual patterns. Dashes and dots created digitally were drawn onto paper with a computer-controlled pen plotter, then transformed through analog and digital video feedback, producing galactic textures and colors. Inspired by the band’s use of repetition, the video lets patterns unfold gradually, revealing their own logic and subtleties.
