Synopsis

In some ways this is a film about walking. But it might be about some other things as well. It has music by my friend Vern Avola who also goes by the name Trigger Object. When I heard the music, it made me think of walking. But I also wanted to make a film about something other than walking. Sometimes we have to reconsider what walking even is. Anyways, I can’t discuss much else about the film without spoiling it for you, so just know for now this film has some music, and also there is walking.

Zak MARGOLIS

Zak MARGOLIS is an artist and animator based in Portland, Oregon. His work explores the relationship between image and music and how each illuminates the other. He has collaborated with numerous musicians and worked extensively with animators Jim BLASHFIELD and Rose BOND on public video sculptures and projected environments. He also teaches animation at Pacific Northwest College of Art.
